Terms of Service
■ Commissions are for personal use only (profile picture, wallpaper, personal prints, etc). They may not be sold for profit, used in AI/NFTs, or for commercial use unless discussed.■ I reserve the right to refuse a commission request for any reason (ex. I am unable to draw it).■ During the rendering stage & after the sketch proposals' changes are approved, only minor revisions are allowed. Excessive or major revisions for this stage will cost an extra fee.■ I reserve full copyright to the commissioned artwork. Please let me know in advance if you do not want your commission posted on social media, otherwise there is a potential it will be posted.■ Commissions begin when payment is sent (If there is no payment/response after 48 hours I will have to take another request).■ Refunds are not accepted unless the commission cannot be completed in time, or I have barely begun making sketches. (reasons such as dissatisfaction are unacceptable).■ Cancellations can only be made before the first payment as I will start working after payments are made.■ If you need a commission by a certain deadline please plan accordingly, and let me know in advance.
